Statement of Faith
I have included a statement of faith below that way you know exactly what I believe:
My husband, BJ, and I believe in the One True God, Yahweh, as one eternal Being who created the heavens and the earth, who exists as three equally divine Persons: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God, and that He was both Truly God and Truly man. We believe that He is the one and only path to salvation and that no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).
We believe that the Holy Spirit brings spiritual life to those who have been spiritually dead, awakening them to repentance and faith.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and sufficient Word of God, which is used to edify us and to develop a deep, intimate relationship with Him.
We believe in the Doctrines of Grace (TULIP) as well as the Five Solas: sola gratia, sola fide, solus Christus, sola scriptura, soli Deo gloria. (Grace alone, Faith alone, Christ alone, Scripture alone, Glory of God alone.)
